Analytics Partner Terms
Partners may use only the supplied analytics product and must prevent re-identification and reconstruction of source data.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to a partner receiving 1-LVL analytics reports, dashboards, APIs, datasets, studies, or other analytics products. A separate offer or agreement defines the specific access.
2. Prohibited conduct
- re-identifying or attempting to identify a natural person or account;
- attempting to identify a specific organization, customer, or project;
- combining analytics with CRM or external data specifically to re-identify;
- reconstructing source files, drawings, models, or documents;
- unauthorized resale or transfer of raw analytics;
- circumventing access restrictions, quotas, or security controls.
3. Discovery of personal data
If a partner discovers personal data or a reasonable identification possibility, it must immediately stop the affected use, notify 1-LVL, make no attempt to establish identity, and delete or return the data when requested.
4. Security and access
The partner limits access to authorized personnel, applies proportionate safeguards, protects credentials, and reports incidents without undue delay.
5. Rights and license limits
The partner receives a limited right to use the analytics product only for agreed purposes. Ownership of user source projects is not transferred. Rights in the analytics product remain with the Licensor and other lawful owners.
6. Commercial terms
Analytics may be provided for free, for a fee, by subscription, or through an API. Free access is not guaranteed indefinitely; pricing may begin only for future periods or new products on disclosed terms.
7. Suspension and termination
1-LVL may suspend or terminate access for a breach, security threat, re-identification risk, or under a separate agreement. Confidentiality, non-re-identification, and deletion duties survive termination.
