Marketing Communications Consent
Marketing consent is separate from the license, privacy, analytics, and necessary service communications.
1. Consent text
I want to receive 1-LVL news, updates, and offers by email. I can unsubscribe at any time.
2. Voluntary and separate choice
Consent is voluntary and separate from the EULA, Privacy Policy, and industry analytics consent. Any interface checkbox must be unchecked by default. Refusal does not restrict core functions that do not require advertising.
3. Service communications
Opting out of marketing does not disable email verification, password reset, security, license, payment, or other mandatory contractual and service communications.
4. Withdrawal
Withdraw consent using an unsubscribe link or by contacting info@1-lvl.ru. Withdrawal operates prospectively and does not affect messages lawfully sent before it is processed.
