How does this work

From CAD/CAM before processing

No direct connection to the training program is required: Operator works with the result of her work — ready-made control program.

Compatibility

Compatible with CAD/CAM-systems

HW2030 Operator does not require special integration with a specific CAD/CAM-system. The already generated control program is transferred to the application.

Therefore, the source of UE can be almost any program, capable of forming a compatible G-code via a suitable post-processor.

The list is provided as an example and is not a closed list of supported programs. Compatibility is determined by the structure of the software package, used G/M-commands and postprocessor.

Independence from the training program

For HW2030 Operator not of fundamental importance, UE was created in Aspire, Fusion, SprutCAM or another system. If the postprocessor generates a compatible control program, it can be used in an existing workflow.

Selecting the installed cutter and explicitly confirming the zero mark Z before each operation.

The mileage of the cutting tool is taken into account based on the actual completed part of the program., not according to plan.

Full or partial fulfillment, material, notes and reasons for stopping are recorded in the task.

Local data

The application runs locally and stores production data in its own database on the workshop computer.

Responsibility

The application accompanies, but does not control the machine

The launch of the UE remains manual

The operator independently loads the program into NcStudio, checks coordinates, tool, modes and safe heights, performs an idle run and only then starts processing.

  • The current working configuration has been verified for HW2030 and NcStudio 5.5.60.
  • Other machines and configurations require separate technical testing.
  • Operator does not define CAM automatically and does not correct NC commands.
  • The program does not replace the manufacturer's instructions and safety rules.

Subscription requires using the current version and receiving updates. Tariffs, payment period, the number of jobs and the composition of support are at the stage of formation.
